Abstract (English):
Abstract. The article presents the results of the study of the evolution of theoretical approaches to the concept of information resources in economics and management. Significant differences in the interpretation of the concept in the scientific environment have been identified. Based on the results obtained, three main types of information resources were identified: knowledge (intangible assets), documentation, technologi-al means; and their relationship with three types of management, which include information, communica- tion and reputation management, was revealed. It proved the validity of considering information resource management processes as a system within the framework of the modern information architecture of corporate governance. Based on the system approach, a conceptual model of information resources management at the corporate level was proposed, providing their coordinated use, contributing to the optimization of information processes to ensure the sustainable economic development of large economic entities.
