Vladivostok, Russian Federation
The TAD is an important tool for the development of the Far East, developed and put into practice in 2015, in order to create additional incentives for domestic and foreign investors to invest in significant industries in the region. Over the seven years of its operation, a certain experience of the TAD has been accumulated. The rules of the special legal regime and the corresponding regulatory framework are subject to adjustments in accordance with the requests of investors and the interests of the territories. Timely identification of problems and development of proposals for improving the work of the TAD is the basis for their effective functioning.
