Актуальность исследования обусловлена нарастанием турбулентности глобальной среды, которая проявляется в санкционном давлении и иных структурных шоках, существенно воздействующих на региональную резильентность. Несмотря на наличие значительного научного задела в области теоретических подходов к понятию резильентности и ее оценке на региональном уровне, исследования по систематизации ее факторов носят фрагментарный характер. Предло- жен авторский подход к классификации факторов региональной резильентности. Научная новизна заключается в авторских критериях классификации (принадлежность к сфере региона: производственно-экономическая, институционально-управленческая, инновационно-технологическая, инфраструктурно-пространственная, природно-экологическая, социально-демографическая, финансово-инвестиционная; уровень воздействия: макро-, мезо-, микроуровень; уровень происхождения: эндогенный, экзогенный; уровень влияния: прямой, косвенный), в соответствии с которыми предложен набор факторов и примеры показателей для их оценки. Разработанная классификация представляет собой аналитический инструментарий, который может быть использован для разработки методических подходов к оценке уровня региональной резильентности

he relevance of the study is driven by the increasing turbulence of the global environment, which manifests itself in sanctions pressure and other structural shocks that significantly impact regional resilience. Despite a scientific groundwork of research on theoretical approaches to the concept of resilience and its assessment at the regional level, studies aimed at systematizing its factors remain fragmented. The paper proposes an author's approach to the classification of regional resilience factors. The scientific novelty is in the development of an original classification based on four key criteria and groups of the factors: the factor's belonging to a regional sphere (production-economic, institutional-managerial, innovative-technological, infrastructure-spatial, natural-ecological, socio-demographic, financial-investment), its level of impact (macro-, meso-, micro-), its origin (endogenous, exogenous), and the nature of its influence (direct/indirect). The proposed classification is supplemented by examples of specific indicators, which allows it to be used as an ana- lytical tool and a basis for developing methodological approaches to assessing the level of regional resilience.
