В сообщении представлен обзор основных мероприятий научной конференции "Мир Центральной Азии – V", посвящённой 100-летию Института монголоведения, буддлогии и тибетологии Сибирского отделения Российской академии наук. Главная цель конференции состояла в широком научном обсуждении вопросов, связанных с историей и современностью государств и обществ Центральной Азии. Основное внимание уделено работе секции "Социальные изменения и стратификационные процессы в Центральной Азии".
The report provides an overview of the main events of the scientific conference "The World of Central Asia – V", dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Institute for Mongolian, Buddhist and Tibetan Studies of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The main goal of the conference was a broad scientific discussion of issues related to the history and modernity of the states and societies of Central Asia. The main attention is paid to the work of the section "The Social Changes and Stratification Processes in the Central Asia".
